World Theatre Day 2021

Writer's picture: The Boaty TeamThe Boaty Team

None of us ever thought we would see a day where the chaos would stop and the stage would go dark, but one year on from that day, lights are still out and we are reinventing the way theatre works.

Today we will celebrate by producing a live performance in our new studio theatre. We celebrate our first professional review in The Stage and the awesomeness and resilience of our colleagues in the industry!

Please join us tonight for the final livestreamed performance of Home, again. Tickets are available from the box office on this site. And we very much appreciate your support!!

We believe in the power of theatre and live performance and are very passionate about proving this!    We are passionate about social inclusion and mobility, self-belief and self-worth.  We believe that theatre and live performance should be accessible to all and strive always to complement and enhance the understanding of and appreciation for creative performance in all that we do.  We are a grass roots, ‘for everyone’ company based in Ellesmere Port who support local people with a range of specific needs and abilities to achieve their creative ambitions through our ongoing projects, performances, workshops and activities.  We are a registered charity and a like-mind, creative group of people who believe in building a strong sense of community and civic pride.
